About
Hi — I'm Dominic Campos.
I live between Tempe and Scottsdale. Most of my week goes to the golf course and the gym, and the rest of it to two things I can't stop poking at: property in this metro, and the market it sits on.
People keep asking me what I think of a house they're looking at, so I started writing the answers down and sending them on Monday. That's the whole thing. There's no team, no funnel, and nobody "growing a brand."
I'm not an advisor and this isn't advice. It's one local's read on his own market, published so you can check it against what you see.
What I promise
Picks, not commissions
Members see homes I think are worth a look, but I'm not an agent and I don't take a cut from anyone. If that changes, I'll say so up front.
The bad numbers stay in
If a deal doesn't pencil, that's the story. A newsletter that only ever finds winners isn't telling you anything.
Short, and on Monday
Four minutes to read. If I have more to say than fits, that's a problem with my editing, not a reason to write more.
